Heavy snow in the Alps!

It's been snowing again in many Alpine resorts giving fantastic late season conditions for April skiers!

Up to 30 cm's has fallen over the last 24 hours in resorts like Tignes, Val d'Isere, Val Thorens, Meribel, Les Arcs and Verbier - down to about 1,000 metres.

The snow is due to continue throughout the week with some cold temperatures.

Several high altitude resorts stay open until early May- such as Val d'Isere (closes May 1st), Val Thorens (closes May 8th), Obergurgl (closes May 1st), or Cervinia (closes May 6th).
