Skiing & Boarding In Park City & The Canyons |
Park City is great base from which to discover this fantastic region. It has something for everyone, with groomed runs as well as moguls, four open bowls, terrain parks and night skiing on the longest lighted run in the area. The Canyons is a 5-10 minute free bus ride away and is perfect for true snow lovers. The ski area boasts wide-open spaces with breathtaking views and terrain for every style and ability. Beginners will appreciate the First Timer lift which allows them to practise in peace and away from more advanced skiers. Intermediates will enjoy the trails off King Kong Ridge. Advanced skiers will love the Black Diamond Tour that runs every Tuesday and Saturday from the Resort Plaza. Let the big local boys show you the mountains and shutes. They might even get you hiking up to find the powder or greatest steeps! Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons are all linked on one great ski pass. |

Après-ski In Park City & The Canyons |
Beautifully restored Main Street, with its old wooden sidewalks and clapboard buildings, is in the centre of Park City. It is here that the most lively bars and restaurants can be found. For a taste of Park City’s history, the old jail house and museum are worth a visit, and for those seeking an adventurous nightlife, the No Name saloon says it all really. It is a favourite haunt of the ski patrol. For eating out try Chimayo, an upscale Mexican restaurant, and Mercato Mediterraneo, which features Italian cuisine and great service in a casual atmosphere. The Canyons has a growing selection of bars, shops and restaurants, usually located within one of the major hotels. |
