Skiing & Boarding In Saas Fee |
|
|
Saas Fee has excellent skiing for beginners with large nursery areas at the edge of the village and an excellent ski school. The Maste 4' blue slopes are wide and sunny and there is some great cruising above the Langfluh. With lots of wide open well groomed pistes, Saas Fee is a paradise for intermediates. The Felskinn area (at 2974m) is a favourite, while the Langfluh (2888m) has some steeper, more challenging runs. The Fee glacier offers year round skiing and guaranteed snow with skiing from 3500m. The top of the Felskinn offers some excellent powder skiing and steep and heavily mogulled runs Saas Fee is regularly featured in international magazines and has hosted the Vans Triple Crown event.
