Storms across the Alps

There have been hurricane force winds across the Alps this week forcing many of the ski resorts to close their lifts. However, the good news is that they are all starting to open up again and there is plenty of fresh new snow for everyone heading out this weekend!
The avalanche risk is at it's maximum of 5 out of 5 in many ski resorts so please take care and do not venture off piste without a qualified guide.
