The residence has 2 attractive chalet style buildings with a total of 61 apartments. It is located approximately 100m from the nearest ski lift and approximately 300m from the resort centre and the shops (access by lift).

There is also the advantage of a heated indoor swimming pool which is free for guests and a fitness centre with sauna and steam room at a charge (payable locally)
