These chalets overlook the resort and are situated in the "Les Balcons" area of Val Thorens, at the foot of the slopes, 500m from the resort centre and shops, and 600m from the ESF ski school.
The property is made up of chalets each divided into between 5 and 16 apartments.

- Fitness suite with sauna, exercise room and steam room
- Cot and high chair loan (subject to availability, state at time of booking).
- Bed linen & towels provided. Beds made on arrival (except for short breaks).
- One bag of wood for the open fire provided free of charge, additional bags payable 8 euro.

- Meals possible at the "La Ferme de Rosalie" restaurant, situated at the foot of the chalets.(1 evening meal 22 euro/adult, 12 euro/child under 12 - pay locally).
