Excellent location across the road from the main lifts and slopes Méribel is renowned as quite a spread-out resort, so it's a rare and welcome treat to find a Chalet Hotel so perfectly located as Les Grangettes. Just across the street from the main Chaudannes ski-lifts and ski-school meeting-point, with the atmospheric heart of Méribel's main centre right on hand, this is quite simply the prime location in the whole resort.
The Grangettes' ground floor comprises Reception, where our team are on hand to help you every way we can, a comfortable lounge and the separate Savoyard-style dining-room. There is a further small lounge with TV/DVD on the first floor.
Our own bar, the 'Méri Bar', has its own external entrance, with a brand new decor and menu planned for this winter, and is open to all for great value lunches and après-ski drinks, but closes at 7.30pm each evening to non-residents, to ensure our Grangettes guests are not disturbed.

Chalet Hotel catering of a buffet breakfast with daily hot option, afternoon tea, coffee with a selection of cakes and, on 6 nights a week, a five course dinner including canapés and apéritif, choice of complimentary quality wines, cheese selection, coffee and chocolates.
- Skiers’ breakfast: Choice of cereals, fresh fruit and juices, yoghurts, plentiful English tea and good filter coffee, bread (plus croissants or “pains au chocolat” in France), cold meats, cheeses and preserves, and boiled eggs. Six days a week a hot dish of the day, for example sausage and bacon or pancakes with fresh fruit, individually served.
- Afternoon tea on 6 days (except on staff day off): Tea and coffee accompanied by a freshly baked cake.
- Freshly cooked five-course evening meal with coffee and chocolates on 6 nights. The five courses start with canapés and an aperitif, followed by an appetizer, main course and dessert, and a cheese selection.
- Choice of complementary quality wines during the meal service.
- Complementary tea and coffee available during the day.
