We are delighted to be able to offer this spacious apartment on a self-catered basis for the winter ski season. The apartment is located on the first floor of Haus Levett and is entirely self-contained.
It shares the ground floor ski and boot room and sauna with chalet guests. There is ample parking outside the chalet.
The apartment consists of a large west-facing open-plan living/dining room with kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and 4 hobs. The dining area is typically Austrian with wooden banquette seating on three sides of the dining table, and a worktop-height partition separating the dining from the living area.
The living area consists of a pair of two-seater sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa-bed, a chair, a TV and a cupboard/wardrobe. The apartment has a separate twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes and there is plenty of additional storage space in the entrance hall area separating the living space from the bedroom and bathroom. The large bathroom comprises bath, double sinks and WC.

Final cleaning is included in the price, but we would ask guests to leave the apartment essentially as they found it. Bed linen and towels are also included (one set per person per week).
