It has become a favourite amongst guests with a unique atmosphere accented by the fantastic top floor lounge overlooking the frozen lake and with stunning views of the Grande Motte glacier towering over Val Claret.
French windows lead from the lounge onto a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed, and the log fire and comfortable sofas make this the perfect place to gather with a glass of wine to swap stories of the day’s adventures.
On the ground floor is the dining room which has been extended onto the sunny terrace to make a very comfortable place to enjoy afternoon tea. All bedrooms are en-suite and there is a lift which serves all floor. There are 13 x twin bedrooms, 5 x double bedrooms, 1 x triple bedroom and
1 x quad bedroom
Chalethotel Rosset is equipped with an in-house ski equipment hire and has a live in Ski Technician to ensure that your equipment is always in top condition. As an added bonus, underground parking is available for guests with their own cars. All staff live in and will provide an honesty bar of snacks and mixers for your convenience.

At the end of a crisp day on the mountain, there is nothing better than sitting down with a glass of wine to enjoy a delicious three course evening meal and relive the day's adventures. Please note that unless you are taking the chalet for sole use then younger guests, aged 14 and under, will be fed at 6.00pm, followed by the adults only dinner.
To get you started every morning we provide a hearty buffet of cereals, fresh French bread and jams, boiled eggs, porridge, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, tea, and coffee. On six mornings there is also a cooked option to choose from, such as bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs. On your return from the slopes every day a delicious afternoon tea is provided of freshly baked cakes, bread and jams, and tea or coffee. On six evenings you will enjoy a wonderful three course evening meal accompanied by free, unlimited regional table wine. On the festive last evening of the week the meal is followed by a delicious and varied cheeseboard of local specialities and complimentary port.
The majority of our chefs have gained their skills in restaurants and hotels around the world, and are keen to share with you the results of those experiences. Even though many return year after year, all are involved in our in-depth training programme to ensure they are able to meet the standards our clients have come to expect. All of our Chalethotels are staffed by Head Chefs with full qualifications or extensive industry experience. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated in all of our properties but advance notice is required. |
