Majestic Hill is hugely attractive for its height, affording incredible views of the valley from all aspects. It has a light, airy and contemporary feel with traditional features and beams.
Entrance - a good sized carpeted foyer with a shelf unit for all your bits and bobs.
Kitchen - newly renovated in a modern, white style, and is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 ring hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Lounge / Dining room - spacious and light with wooden floors and an incredible double aspect, offering views of the whole valley. There is a large L-shaped sofa providing seating for 4, a glass and wood coffee table, a unit with TV and DVD, Euro Satellite, UK Freeview WIFI and CD player and an extendable dining table to comfortably seat 6. The traditional ceiling beam running the length of the room is beautifully accentuated by designer modern lighting.
Bedroom 1 - a spacious double affording spectacular south-facing views of L'Aiguille du Midi and the entire Mont Blanc Chaine with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and carpeting.
Bedroom 2 - a double with a lovely traditional ceiling beam, wardrobe and a fantastic view down the valley towards Le Tour, Argentière.
Bathroom 1 - a spacious bathroom which is newly renovated in a modernist, clean style, with a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, WC and large mirror.
Bathroom 2 - also newly renovated and offers a large shower, wash basin and WC.
The Ski Locker is located at the top of the stairs on the seventh floor and is spacious enough for your skis and boots, or a couple of bikes in the summer.
There is outside parking for one vehicle provided in the private Majestic carpark along with this apartment.
(Please note that while the lift does go up to the sixth floor, there is one short flight of stairs to access the seventh floor)
