The apartment gives superb access to many of chamonix's amenities and easy access to the main attractions, offering a number of real advantages compared to other locations in resort such as:-
Ski rental shop right opposite. Beginners' ski-pistes virtually on the doorstep. Access to Le Brevent ski area within 5 minutes walk.
Car-parking in quiet residential road.

Situated in an authentic French townhouse in a pleasant 'suburb' of Chamonix Mont Blanc.

The interior of the apartment, which was completely renovated recently, has been given a modern look, using natural wood for warmth and finished with stylish designer touches.

The one double bedroom with the bed framed in wood has its own room for storage.

The large living area, with its three sofa-beds offers plenty of seating and more sleeping room for families or groups of up to five, and is great for relaxing the end of a day.

The living area leads into the kitchen with all the essential facilities, several cupboards for storage of luggage and gear, and the bathroom which is well finished with a full size bath and shower.
The apartment has a TV with Playstation2 (plays DVDs).
